and Field Practices and Events this season.
Track Practices will now run Monday to Friday for “Selected” Grade 3-7 athletes. If you have been selected to train for a
specific event at the CISVA
Track Meet Wednesday, May 31st and/or June 7th you will train for your event using the below program. Talk to a track coach if you have any questions.
