Track and Field Meets for 2014

Our coaches are excited to begin training for this years track season.  We will begin next Tuesday to become stronger and more powerful with plyometric training.  PLEASE RETURN ALL PERMISSION SLIPS ASAP!!!  Students will be notified if they qualify for the Holy Cross, St. John Brebeuf and CISVA track meets by April 30th.

	Sat, May 10th 8-2:00pm - Knights of Columbus Meet@ Bear Creek Park 13750 88 Avenue, Surrey	Grades 3-7

Students will need to bring: gym strip, water bottles, healthy lunches (and hats if warm out!)

We will be traveling by car to and from the meets with parent drivers.  Please find rides for your child.
