Basketball Season Results

We are very proud of all our teams and their efforts this season.  Most importantly, the players' work allowed them to build their skill, knowledge and teamwork.  Players should be proud of the way they practiced and played.
Some highlights include 5 boys winning second place at the Star of the Sea Tournament.  Also at the tournament the 5 girls were, by popular choice, the happiest team on the court.  Our very own 7s won their own tournament just this last Friday.  The combination of the boys' defense and the girls' offensive firepower led to success in the final against OLA.  Both the 7 and 6 girls also won the IC tournament.  The tough competition at the OLPH tournament led to the 6 boys finishing 4th and the 6 girls finishing 3rd.
The 6 girls finished 2nd in their zone after a nail bitter placement game.  Both the 6 boys and 7 girls finished first in their zone and today won their first round games.
Stay tuned for an update on the Vancouver College tournament on the 24th and the 6 girls playoff game next Wednesday vs. QAS.
Good luck in your next playoff game players!
